how do people from real life find my tumblr...?

like its whatever. if people from real life follow me on tumblr they need to realize what ill be posting haha and abide by the rule the what happens on tumblr stays forever and always only on tumblr.
but like i just want to know how people find me because there are people who cannot see my blog.
